Child Safety Standards – Ewalive

Ewalive (Android application package: com.ewalive) is committed to maintaining a safe and respectful environment for all users. We enforce strict policies to prevent Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and comply with all applicable child protection laws and regulations.
1. Zero Tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation
Ewalive has zero tolerance for any form of child sexual abuse or exploitation.
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Sharing or distributing Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)
- Grooming or attempting to exploit minors
- Any content involving sexual exploitation of minors
- Sextortion or blackmail involving minors
- Any activity that endangers the safety of children
Any account found engaging in these activities will be immediately suspended or permanently banned and may be reported to relevant law enforcement authorities.
2. Age Restriction
Ewalive is intended only for users aged 18 years or older.
Users under the age of 18 are not permitted to create accounts. If we discover an account belonging to a minor, the account will be immediately removed.
3. In-App Reporting System
Ewalive provides an in-app reporting mechanism allowing users to report inappropriate behavior or content.
Users can report:
- User profiles
- Messages
- Uploaded media or content
All reports are reviewed by our moderation team and handled according to our safety policies.
4. Content Moderation
Ewalive actively monitors user-generated content and behavior using automated moderation tools and manual review processes.
Content that violates our child safety standards will be removed immediately, and responsible accounts will be restricted or banned.
5. Reporting Child Safety Concerns
If you believe any content or behavior on Ewalive violates child safety standards, please report it immediately using the in-app reporting feature.

6. Compliance with Child Safety Laws
Ewalive complies with all applicable child protection laws and regulations.
Any confirmed cases involving Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) will be reported to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) or the appropriate regional authority as required by law.
7. Account Enforcement
Accounts that violate these Child Safety Standards may be suspended or permanently removed without prior notice.
Ewalive may cooperate with law enforcement agencies when necessary to investigate illegal activity related to child safety.
